All the Preciehole PCP Air rifles manufactured till that (barring Competition Rifles and Pistols) I have tested.
Not a single model is good and worth the price.
Even recently I bought a a PX 100 Hestia R-BX-3 and test shot.
Barrel quality is exactly like the previous PX 100 Bench rest. Cannot stabilise even a light slug.
Regulator is leaking air from behind. Gun is very very powerless.
The guns are strictly adhered to 20 Joule Rules, do Preciehole Air rifles are very very powerless and increasing the power means losing accuracy. Hestia is a rubbish regulated PCP with a 4-5 CC Plenum space? The Z valve of the Hestia is very very poor and prone to leak. A small pressure applied on the 5KG weight Buddy bottle from below derails the barrel atop.
That shows the very frame of the gun is very unstable and weak…
Preciehole should Make High Power gun. Tune it to 20 Joules for Indian context. But keep option for the users to increase the power should be there.
Preciehole barrels are as poor as aluminium pipes. Should Improve the barrel and its Twist Rates should be Upgraded to 1:16 an inch.
And most importantly, the price of rubbish Preciehole made Rubbish rifles should be kept reasonable.
